Select your targets
Your message will be distributed to all profiles included in the target segment that you have selected for your scenario.
You can choose to send your message to your target profile at the right moment: either when they join the target segment, or after a pre-determined period.
You also choose the exact amount of marketing pressure to apply to your customers when distributing your messages.
Configure your channels
There are three channels to enable you to convey your automated message: pop-ups, e-mail, or SMS.
You are free to put together your own distribution strategy:
- Choose the most suitable channels;
- Determine the order in which each channel is used;
- Manage the schedule and conditions under which messages are sent;
- Turn channels on and off whenever you want.
Personalize your message
You can choose to convey a different message for each channel used in your scenario.
To make it easier to draft your e-mail, three turnkey editors are on offer, which you can select depending on your level of expertise and the kind of customization that you require.

Our customer, Gouiran Beauté, developed a concept for a scenario that we really like, and which is perfect to illustrate the way we work:
Thanks to its use of segmentation, Gouiran Beauté identified individuals who had recently registered on its website but who had not yet placed an order.
Using this segment as a basis, Gouiran Beauté created an automated scenario that invited the relevant prospects to enjoy a surprise when they placed their first order.
As the message was closely targeted, it would not have been appropriate to send the message to existing customers – which further emphasizes the power of our automated scenarios!
